Police say they want to 'actively encourage' victims of sexual abuse to come forward.
Officers want to help people with both recent and historic complaints.
The Public Protection Unit says it can help people discuss their concerns and offer and provide advice on making a formal complaint.
People are asked to call 631212 or Crimestoppers for more information.
