Athol Street in Douglas has been closed due what police are describing as a 'serious' incident.
The road was closed at around 7:30AM this morning. Motorists and members of the public are being asked to avoid the area.
There will be no access at all.
Barrack Street is also closed due to the ongoing incident.
3FM have been at the scene of Athol Street, the business quarters of the Isle of Man. The police are not able to comment at this time.
