A man who faked his qualifications to get a work permit will appear in court for sentencing this week.
Christopher Stocks had previously admitted fraud by false representation, wearing a uniform without authority, and theft.
He moved to the Island in 2024 and worked as an electrician - but it later turned out he'd submitted forged City & Guilds certificates to get a permit to work on the Island.
He's due to appear at Douglas Courthouse for sentencing before Deemster Cook on Wednesday, May 20.
