59-year-old Anthony Fresson, who is from East Sussex, was due to appear at Douglas Courthouse last week but the case was postponed.
He's previously pleaded guilty to stealing the money whilst working for an Island company over a four month period between June and September of 2009.
Fresson is now due to be sentenced at the Court of General Gaol Delivery on July 11th.
