The Island's Police are warning of a TikTok challenge that encourages children to self-harm.
According to the constabulary, at least one young person has received messages from a person/group called Jonathan Galingo/Galindo trying to get them involved in challenges that involve self-harm.
The original challenge involved 50 steps that could lead up to them being asked to take their own life, with this one starting with a request to carve 'yes' or 'no' into your arm.
Police are urging people not to respond or take part in online challenges like this, and if you're worried someone is involved you should contact a parent or teacher immediately.
