A Douglas company is hoping to convert a city guesthouse into self-contained apartments.
Tigra Associates of Onchan says it wants to refurbish and expand the building on Belmont Terrace.

The building, with 13 bedrooms, saw a similar proposal submitted in April for five apartments - that was refused by planners.
