The Island's Policy and Reform Minister will appear before a committee looking into the subject of poverty today.
Chris Thomas MHK, and Head of Economic Affairs at the Cabinet Office, Adam Smith, will give evidence on the matter to a Select Committee of Tynwald chaired by Rushen MHK Juan Watterson, and also comprising of MLC Tanya August-Hanson and MHK Jason Moorhouse.
The session will get underway at 10.30am at Legislative Buildings in Douglas.
Members of the public are being welcomed to attend.
