The section of the Roundabout between Cooil Road and New Castletown Road in Douglas is currently closed.
It follows a crash at Fort North roundabout earlier this morning.
Police have since described the incident as a 'serious injury crash' and have confirmed accident investigation is taking place.
In a post on social media, police say all traffic approaching from the South will be directed along Cooil Road.
Meanwhile, all traffic approaching from Kewaige will be directed South or via the same route.
Traffic from Cooil Road will not be able to use Fort North in the meantime.
