The Island's second wellbeing partnership opened this week.
The hub was opened by Health and Social Care Minister Lawrie Hooper in Port Erin on Wednesday.
It will provide care for residents living within the catchment area of three GP practices in the south and is based at Thie Rosien.
It follows the launch of the Island's first Wellbeing Partnership in the west in February 2020.
