A second round of art work in a shelter on Mooragh Promenade, Ramsey has been completed.
The painting by Graphic designer and artist, Adam Berry, was praised by a Ramsey Commissioners for being "absolutely amazing".
Juan McGuinness added: "I'm incredibly pleased we got such a fantastic local artist to add his style to the town's growing public art".
The latest painting is part of a continuing project which will eventually see five shelters painted by different local artists.
Earlier this year, the first shelter was painted by Beth Louella featuring a 12th century Queen and a modern Manx woman.
The shelter project has been funded by the Isle of Man Arts Council and community fundraising.
