MHK Eddie Teare has welcomed the second Tynwald report on the Kirk Michael School land exchange.
The report, carried out by a select committee was requested following allegations about the deal made by Charles ‘Buster’ Lewin.
Mr Lewin had alleged that Mr Teare, who at the time was Education Minister, had not acted correctly and was in fact conned.
The report recommends that Tynwald should no longer give any credence to comments made by Mr Lewin.
