It’s the second day of strike action and transport bosses are hoping to iron out any teething problems.
Yesterday there were some delays to the contingency plans which include running a reduced bus service, and the steam and electric railways.
Today there's been changes although school buses and the steam railway are unchanged.
The MER service is being reduced from a half hourly to an hourly service.
Additionally the Welcome Centre will have extended opening times to help passengers.
Community, Culture and Leisure Minister Graham Cregeen says the cost of the back up plans isn’t the main factor at this time:
