Organisers of Ramsey Sprintfest will be hoping the festivities of its second day can take place in Market Place this evening.
Whilst live performances did go ahead in the town for the occasion last night, the concert at Market Place was called off due to high winds being forecast.
Commissioners have injected around £15,000 into the event - which is making its debut this year - and the authority hopes it can build into a major TT attraction.
If all goes to plan, roads will be closed on West Quay, Market Hill, Market Place and the car park between 6pm and Midnight.
