Aspiring firefighters will have the chance to see if they've got it what it takes this evening.
The Island's Fire and Rescue Service is holding its second 'come and try it' session in Douglas tonight where anyone interested in applying will be able take part in a series of tests crews have to go through including a bleep test, hose running and using breathing apparatus.
Those interested are invited to head down to Douglas Fire Station between 6.15pm and 8pm tonight for the session which is free to attend and doesn't need booking in advance.
Those taking part must also be aged 18 or over.
