Isle Listen and Thomas Miller have announced they'll be hosting a 'sea dip for you sanity' event - coinciding with World Swim Day.
It's all set to take place next Saturday (October 23) in Port Erin Bay from 8am - with 'first timers' or 'regular dippers' all welcome.
Al funds raised for the event will remain on Island and help charity Isle Listen to continue its vital services in schools, the workplace and community.
Isle Listen's Community and Corporate Engagement Manager Janet Taylor explains why people should take part:
For more information or to sign up for the event, you can go to Isle Listen’s website www.islelisten.im/seadip2021
