The Department of Education and Children have confirmed that all schools are open as normal tomorrow.
At around 15:45 the decision was made that all schools across the Isle of Man will open tomorrow.
It is subject to the weather conditions overnight.
There will be a bus service running although it won't be going on untreated roads.
This decision has been made on the basis of the current weather forecast. Should there be deterioration in conditions overnight an announcement will be made at 7am tomorrow morning.
The Department has been advised by Bus Vannin that there may be restriction to some school bus services which will be announced direct by them at 7.15am tomorrow.
Parents are asked to take care when dropping children off at school as some car parks will not have been gritted and may still be icy.
If there are any changes in the morning we will let you know here on 3FM. Tune in to the morning crew who have the latest information and school bus timetables.
