Police have described vandalism to a school playground as "mindless".
Rushen Primary School was targeted by older youths at the weekend, with a playground shelter smashed.
Officers say those responsible left sharp metal and plastic edges exposed, posing a real danger when children went back to school on Monday.
If you have any information that could help the investigation, you're being asked to contact Castletown Police station on 822222.
