An increasing number of complaints about parking in and around primary schools has prompted a police warning.
The Manx constabulary is asking drivers to remind themselves of the rules.
According to the Highway Code you must not wait or park, or stop to set down or pick up passengers on mandatory school entrance markings, or stop or park on a pedestrian crossing, including the area marked by zig-zag lines.
Police are also asking drivers to be mindful at all times of children walking or cycling to school.
