Scholarships set to benefit local athletes

Nearly fifty local athletes will get financial backing to help them fulfill their potential.

49 competitors from across more than 12 different sports have been chosen for the Isle of Man Sport Aid's 2020/21 scholarship programme.

Each individual award offers a combination of financial support towards sporting needs as well as access to services and workshops at the Isle of Man Sport Institute.

All those who'll be receiving the scholarships will be recognised with their certificates at the Isle of Man Sports Awards at the Villa Marina on April 2.
