The Department of Education, Sport and Culture has launched a summer scheme encouraging people to get on their bikes.
The Bike 4 Life scheme runs sessions each Friday until September 4 at the National Sports centre in Douglas.
Set up by the department, the scheme also involves Manx Sport and Recreation and the police Road Safety Team.
You can book sessions online via the government website or at the reception desk at the NSC.
