The Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture says part of the TT course will close during the day this week.
Dangerously diseased trees at Glen Helen means emergency work is needed to cut them down.
The course will shut from 9.30am to 3.30pm each day until Friday between Cronk Y Voddy and Ballig Bridge.
DEFA says temporary traffic lights will be in place at other times.
