21 jobs are to go at Santander.
The bank says staff numbers will be cut from 53 to 32 full time roles.
It's after a review by Santander UK PLC which wants the Island branch to become less complicated and more efficient.
Redundancies are likely if staff do not decide to relocate or if redeployment cannot be found.
The operation will be scaled back throughout this year.
