Samantha Barks on All-Star Musicals judging panel

Manx star Samantha Barks will appear in a one-off special of hit ITV show All-Star Musicals later this year.

She'll be part of a panel of critics which will be lead by stage legend Elaine Page in the programme which will be hosted by John Barrowman.

The show will see six as yet unknown celebrities embark on a musicals masterclass before heading on stage to take part in a one-night extravaganza, they'll then be scored by the critics and a virtual audience.

In another enthralling twist, Samantha is also expected to join John, Elaine and fellow panelist Trevor Dion-Nicholas for an opening number.
