Manxman sailings are switching from Liverpool to Heysham this weekend.
The Steam Packet company says ongoing work at the government's new terminal at the Princes Half-Tide Dock means sailings to Merseyside on Saturday and Sunday will be diverted.
It's the third weekend crossings have been affected.
Coaches will be provided to take passengers between Lancashire and Merseyside.
