A crew member of a luxury yacht harboured off the coast was permitted to enter the Island yesterday due to a medical emergency.
Police have confirmed the individual was granted permission to come onto Manx shores by the 111 service and after receiving the necessary treatment returned to the vessel.
Authorities add all of the appropriate Covid-19 safety protocols were followed as part of the process.
