Port St Mary rugby club Southern Nomads could be getting a new headquarters.
The side has applied for planning permission to build a new clubhouse on Barracks Road.
In its application, the organisation says it's the last phase of work after establishing rugby pitches and car parking on the site.
And it adds the building would also be used by the community for workshops, celebrations, and art and culture events.
