Royal photographer's work gets stamp of approval

Isle of Man Advertising and PR Managing Director Helen Summerscales, Lieutenant Governor Adam Wood and General Manager of Isle of Man Stamps and Coins Maxine Cannon

Works by a celebrated royal photographer are being commemorated with a series of Manx stamps.

The Sun newspaper veteran Arthur Edwards MBE has spent 40-years taking pictures of Queen Elizabeth II.
 
He chose eight of his favourite images of the Queen - who approved their use within designs by Isle of Man Advertising and PR last month:
