Weather Forecasts Looking Good for Royal Show Weekend
The Royal Agricultural Show will get underway tomorrow with the usual blend of rural and family based entertainments on offer.
It’s seen as one of the key dates in both the Island’s farming and social calendar.
The weather is looking generally positive for the weekend, with the organisers not wanting a repeat of 2008 when heavy rain ruined the proceedings.
There will be the traditional arts and crafts tents aswell as the livestock, with this year seeing the addition of the Welsh Woodcutters who will be carving things using chainsaws.
This years Show President John Teare is urging everyone to get down at some point on Friday or Saturday and enjoy the festivities.
