An access road to Braddan's Roundhouse has opened.
The road was built after a dispute between Braddan Commissioners and the government over access through the Noble's Hospital site.
It was opened on Friday and connects the £10 million Roundhouse with Ballaoates Road.
Chairman Andrew Jessopp previously said the route shouldn't affect rates - which rose by 36 per cent this year to pay for the building - as the road would be mostly funded by selling the local authority's old office.
A pedestrian crossing on Braddan which had been required under a planning condition was also opened earlier this month.
