An Onchan MHK has been named the new chair of the Island's planning committee.
Rob Callister MHK was appointed to the post by the Council of Ministers yesterday.
He'll take over from David Ashford MHK, who has a new job as chair of the Housing and Communities Board.
Mr Callister says he's looking forward to the new challenge.
