Race organisers say roads are now starting to reopen along the TT course.
This evening's session ended early - the second in a row to finish after an incident.
The practice was red flagged following the incident at Brandish.
A road closure order had been extended by the Department of Infrastructure until 10pm, but the roads open car left the TT grandstand a short time ago.
The course is currently open between St Ninian's and Ramsey.
