The Festival of Motorcycling gets underway later, with the first practice session around the Mountain Course.
Roads are due to close at 5pm and reopen no later than 9pm.
This year's event marks 60 years since racers broke through the 100mph lap barrier, and is themed in the 1950s.
Organiser Simon Crellin says there'll be plenty to do both on and off the course:
