Government ministers will debate the 'Agenda for Change' document in a series of road shows designed solely for public sector workers over the coming months.
Presentations on the topic will be given by the Chief Minister Allan Bell and Policy and Reform Minister John Shimmin.
They will also outline their priorities for the remainder of the current administration with a chance for their peers to put forwards any questions they may have.
The road shows will run from October 12th to November 16th in Douglas, Peel and Ramsey and are not open to the general public.
