Road remains closed following Douglas death

Back Marina Road in Douglas is due to stay closed until around 8pm tonight as investigations continue into the death of a man earlier this week.

At around 7pm on Monday police responded to reports of an unresponsive male in the Church Road Marina area before later confirming the man was pronounced dead at the scene.

The death is currently being described as 'unexplained', the constabulary is yet to identify the male and enquiries are ongoing to find out what happened.
