Road closures during Tynwald Day

Roads around St Johns are closed today as Tynwald Day takes place.

National Day celebrations mean Main Road will close from 10am until 2pm between Ballacraine and Station Road and from 2pm to 4pm between the Arboretum Car Park and Station Road.

Glen Mooar Road will shut from 10am to 4pm from Main Road to Brack and Broom Lane, and from 5pm to 11pm between Main Road and Tynwald Hill.

Meanwhile Station Road will be closed between 10am and 10.30am and from 12.30-1.30pm between the Tynwald Inn to Patrick Road.

Meanwhile, Tynwald Mills is still accessible throughout the day.
