The accident happened last night (Wednesday) at Ballacobb near Ballaugh.
The Fire & Rescue Service said the incident involved one car which had rolled onto its roof.
The occupants were free of the car when the fire service arrived.
They were treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to hospital.
Police closed the road for several hours after the crash which happened at around 20:00.
