The revamp of a Royal National Lifeboat Association (RNLI) store in the north of the island has been hailed as a 'vote of confidence'.
That's the view of Ramsey Town Commissioners Chairman Andy Cowie, who made a speech at its opening on Market Hill in Ramsey this week.
He was joined on the day by volunteers and crew members of the RNLI.
Mr Cowie said the refit compliments the regeneration in the town.
