The Island's largest local authority meets later today.
Douglas City Council members will gather in the city hall on Ridgeway Street in the capital.
Among the items on the agenda are rising insurance costs, a greener crematorium, and dilapidated buildings.
Councillors will meet from 2.30pm and the meeting is open to the public.
