A horse riding school in Kirk Michael could become a home for start-up businesses.
Pennybridge Investments is looking to renovate the Pennybridge Stables and change its use to create eight industrial units at the site on Main Road.
The company says the riding school is no longer commercially viable and that its market research suggests a need for such a development in the local area.
The plans are now subject to approval.
