Scottish Rider Killed, Racing Adandoned till Tomorrow
It’s now been confirmed that a rider was killed in this morning’s Manx Grand Prix Junior race.
28-year-old James Adam from Scotland was killed when he came off his bike at Alpine cottage during the second lap.
Racing has been abandoned for the day and will hopefully resume tomorrow weather permitting.
The Police are now investigating the crash, and will prepare a report, which will be taken to the coroner of inquests.
Earlier in the day local lad Dan Sayle came off his bike and was taken to Nobles, he has since been discharged.
