Richmond Hill will now close to traffic today from 1pm.
This is to accommodate the Poker Stars Rally which will be using parts of the Old Castletown Road and St Marks Road.
From 1pm, Richmond Hill will remain closed until midnight tomorrow.
When the road re-opens the 30mph speed limit will remain in force until the scheme is fully completed in December.
