A major road in Douglas will close for three evenings this week.
Richmond Hill will shut between 7pm until 10.30pm tonight, tomorrow and Thursday to allow for winter preparation works.
The DOI says it will allow contractors to carry out a range of work, including gully clearings.
It's hoped the evening closure will reduce the impact on commuter traffic.
