Richmond Hill will be closed this weekend.
The new road layout is deemed to be unsafe for bikers. Work will get underway into fixing the problems this evening from 7PM.
This work was originally planned for November but was delayed because of the severe weather conditions.
The stretch of road will remain shut until Sunday night.
