A hotel on Douglas promenade could be in line for a makeover.
Heron & Brearley wants to carry out refurbishment on the first, second and third floors of the Queen's Hotel on Queens Promenade to provide ten four-star ensuite rooms.
In its application, the company is also looking for permission to relocate the pub kitchen to the ground floor and move its cellar to an outbuilding.
The proposals and building consent to carry the work out is now subject to approval.
