Retail and tourist accommodation suffers as economy grows

The Isle of Man has seen its 31st successive year of growth. 

£4.32 billion was made in Gross Domestic Product in 2013/14; growing the economy by 4.5 per cent.
 
Information and communication technology; which grew at a rate of 58 per cent, and e-gaming - growing at 30 per cent - are being referred to as 'the main drivers'.
 
Retail and tourist accommodation suffered, though - which government says is indicative of losses which occurred earlier that year. 
 
Released as part of the latest national income report; Chief Minister Allan Bell says it makes for an interesting read:
