A man accused of harassing a woman over an eight-month period has been handed a restraining order.
Steven Wheeler, of Woodville Terrace in Douglas, appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Rachael Braidwood at Douglas Courthouse.
A charge of harassment was dismissed, and the 41-year-old was given the order after the court heard he'd made unwanted contact with the woman before his behaviour escalated.
He was arrested after banging on the woman's door.
The restraining order will last for 12 months and means he cannot contact or approach the woman.
