People of all ages and abilities are being encouraged to take up cycling this summer.
'Bike 4 Life' is a scheme run by Manx Sport and Recreation - it urges people to embrace a healthier lifestyle.
Sessions will take place each week at the NSC raceway, from June 22nd, and coaches will be on hand to help those who might need some assistance.
