A new group of doctors on the Island hopes to make residents aware they don't have to go off Island for private treatment.
Isle of Man Doctors is made up of two private GPs and nearly a dozen consultants in specialties including dermatology and cardiology.
According to a government survey from 2019, around 50% of respondents said they had private healthcare insurance, yet Isle of Man Doctors claim it's not often being used on Island as people don't know what to do with it.
The group adds that using insurance to go private would free up spaces on NHS waiting lists.
