A bird charity says it's hopeful a tiny bird of prey with a broken wing will make a full recovery.
The male merlin was rescued by Manx Wild bird Aid on Wednesday.
On Facebook, the organisation says he probably hatched earlier this year and was extremely underweight.
X-rays show he'd broken the radius bone in his wing, but the charity says it should heal well enough for him to be released.
