GP Surgery to Cost Over £2,000,000
A request for tenders has gone out to build the long awaited GP Surgery at Jurby.
The plan is to build a GP Surgery to serve the North and West of the Island, who, by the Departments own admission have up until this point lacking in provision.
Not only would the building act as a surgery but also could be used as a community facility for Jurby.
It's anticipated that the project will cost just over £2,000,000.
The Minister for Health David Anderson has said he is delighted that the long-awaited improvement to GP services in the North and West of the Island is finally ready to go ahead.
